At GrowN Nurses

GrowN is a Singapore-based initiative that aims to invest energy and resources into retaining and empowering veterinary nurses through continuous education. It was founded in response to a perceived lack of opportunities for veterinary nurses to develop their knowledge and skills in Singapore. While there are opportunities to pursue continuing education overseas, these are often financially and logistically difficult for many nurses to access. GrowN seeks to provide more accessible and affordable opportunities for veterinary nurses in Singapore to grow their knowledge and skills through talks, courses, and certification programs.

GrowN recognizes that continuing education is essential for veterinary nurses to stay up-to-date with the latest nursing skills and knowledge, and to provide gold-standard nursing care to their patients. Continuing education also opens up opportunities for nurses to specialize in different areas of veterinary nursing, leading to greater career prospects and a more sustainable future for the industry as a whole. In the long term, GrowN hopes to raise the standards of veterinary nursing in Singapore through continuous education.
